Nexus - Health and Mana Bars Gone?

I can't seem to figure out what's going on. The health and mana bars on the UI disappeared this morning, and I've attempted to clear cache/hard reset/use different browsers.

Has something changed? Am I just special?

Apparently this is an IRE issue across all games. 

You can either show prompt by going into settings -display and unchecking “hide prompts”, or you can switch to Minimal mode. Both will give you health and mana values.

It's a known issue that started this weekend for some people.  I don't know much more than there is someone looking into it.
