Did I miss something or are help files missing?

I feel like I'm going crazy. The artifact help files seem to be different and missing. 

24.3.3 Defensive Artifacts | Special Weapon Statistic Altering | 24.3.2 < Artifacts Artifacts > 24.3.4

 Defensive artifacts provide a range of defensive options. These include shields, resistances and a variety of other effects.

yea they are mostly broken, not sure what the issue is but its been like that for a while. HELPEDIT allows players to keep the files updated
