    The crackling of energy reaches its peak, and as it subsides, you find yourself standing 
    next to Pareze.
    Nirvana.
    A comforting feeling of privacy pervades the area. This has been marked as holy ground. 
    There are 2 white jasmine-scented candles here. There are 2 pink strawberry-scented 
    candles here. Smelling faintly of roses, a red candle has been placed here. The shining 
    figure of a Seraphic guardian floats in the air here. Pareze is here. She wields a 
    spiritual mace in her left hand and a kite shield in her right.
    You see a single exit leading out.

    Pareze says, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?"

    You shrug helplessly.

    Pareze says, "Allow me to escort you out.."
    Pareze points to the out.

    You cast a suspicious eye about your surroundings.

    You rub some strychnine on an obsidian-infused cavalryman's sabre.
    Your aura of weapons rebounding disappears.
    Your aggressive action causes your mask to fall away.
    Your action causes the shimmering translucent shield around you to fade away.
    You swing an obsidian-infused cavalryman's sabre in a wide arc to hit everyone within your
    reach.
    Your blade clips Pareze who cries out in pain.
    Balance Taken: 4.47s
    You screech wildly at the top of your voice.
    Equilibrium Taken: 4.20s
    Screaming, Pareze rushes away to the out.
    You sense through your hound that Pareze has left the area.

    You tell Pareze, "Bye."

    You pause a moment to observe the surrounding area.
    To the OUT you see:
    Ancient remains of a cracked dais.
    Occasional drops of rain fall to the ground from a sky grey with pregnant clouds. The limp
    body of Mathardan, the Loresage is here on the dais, covered in a makeshift burial shroud.
    A statue of Mathardan stands here beside a sculpted pile of books, the statue's carved 
    face appearing deep in thought. A small silvery stone is here, surrounded in haze. A brown
    and white dog romps around playfully, wagging his tail and searching for bones. The 
    shining figure of a Seraphic guardian floats in the air here. Pareze is here. She wields a
    spiritual mace in her left hand and a kite shield in her right. Several large white oak 
    trees form a peaceful grove. 
    You see a single exit leading east.

    There are also two Wardancer variations in the official Imperian art. Should petition the Admin to commission art for each Profession :D

    I heart making my first forum post in the I heart thread because I heart that I reconnected for the first time in years and actually got interaction with someone that was fun and positive. Good guy Karyn, coming through like a boss.

    Little things in life, like:

    Watching my son figure out a word in a book on his own.
    Having my dogs jump on me when I get home, no matter what.
    Someone giving you a genuine smile.
    Finding a lost piece of clothing you haven't seen in months.
    And finally, pudding snacks.

    I agree with this. As of today, when my son says 'truck'-it actually sounds like 'truck'...and not something else... :D No more dirty looks from other parents or trying to explain what he's saying!

    I <3 the turnout we had for the last "chase the evil out of Celidon" business. I was actually moved and heartened by the response.

    Unfortunately, I get connection issues during certain times of the day/night and couldn't hang around for too long. It was devolving into an ill-advised raid the baddies scenario anyway. Kudos to the lil war-puppies anyway for going for it.
