I am the Department Manager for Installed Sales - so I essentially oversee things that get installed in/at/around your home. I have to call them frequently, when dealing with Deck/Fence Installations.

Still making explosive powder into explosive pellets for DOD and commercial contracts. Just got promoted to head of two departments and told, up front, that I'm not allowed to fire more than two people a month and that some of my disciplinary methods could be considered "cruel and unusual punishment".
