    Nutella Calzones!

    Ingredients
    • 7g dried yeast
    • 3/4c warm water
    • 1/4tsp salt
    • 1tsp caster sugar
    • 50ml olive oil
    • 2c flour
    • Nutella/any sort of filling you want
    • 1 egg, beaten
    Directions
    • Add the yeast to warm water (warm it up on the stove for uniformity) along with your salt and sugar
      • Make sure it isn’t too hot!
    • Cover it with a tea towel and let it sit for 5 minutes until the mixture bubbles
    • Add the flour to a separate bowl and make a little hole in the centre
    • Add the yeast mixture in the hole and mix it up with a spoon and then your hands
    • Drop the dough onto a flour-dusted surface and knead until it’s smooth and elastic
    • Place the dough into a lightly greased bowl, cover with a tea towel again and let it sit for about 30m
      • The dough should double in size
    • Preheat your oven to 440 degrees F and put a piece of parchment paper on your baking tray
    • Knead your dough for a bit and then flatten to about 5mm thick with a rolling pin
    • Cut the dough into circles using a cookie cutter or whatever
    • Drop whatever filling you want and spread it around
    • Fold over your dough and pinch it together so it stays shut
      • Use a fork on the edges to make it pretty
    • Brush the calzones with the beaten egg so it browns nicely
    • Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden

    Enjoy!
