"block" in nexus client

AilishAilish Member Posts: 177 ✭✭✭
This is a question for @Garryn or one of the other developers..

Reading for the nexus client documentation, I saw that it defines a concept of a block, available through the onBlock function.

As far as I can tell it groups related lines together.

What defines where the block starts and ends? Does Imperian send some sort of control character to dileniate blocks?

Thanks

The prompt. These are marked by telnet IAC GA signals, though this is not exposed by the client.

Peeeerfect. So any IAC GA corresponds to a prompt? That's great. Do you send them before or after the actual prompt text?

Also, while I got you here, PRETTY PLEASE could you look at my IDEA of fixing how you send Window. Redirect?

    Thanks!

    After the prompt.

I'll have a look, no promises though!

Ok, this is freaking magical and best thing ever.

This basically solves the question of "how do I check that the toxins on my DSL actually hit"

    You're the best.
