    Thank you for posting this! My sister is on a rampage because she wants Samoas, and everyone around us is selling the Carmel Delights. Needless to say - this just came in handy.

    She only needs 78 more boxes!

    No one else noted this yet, so I thought I'd point it out - you can also pay to donate boxes of cookies to Gift of Caring, the Girl Scouts charity set up to donate to a variety of good causes (area food banks, uniformed services, goodwill, etc). Those boxes still count towards the goals, and you get warm fuzzies.

    We have been told that the boxes donated through our troop go to the troops overseas. Or, at least, that is what it was last year.

    It's so brave of those troops to go overseas to sell cookies to our military.
