It doesn't bother ME, but I do think it will bug some people in that subset that is most achievement obsessed. I think there are people who feel they NEED to get every achievement, even if the "thing" they have to do is something they dislike or actively resent. And in all fairness, achievements do tap into a "collector" mentality, so yeah, it's maybe a little bit mean But just a lil bit.
