Chrome extension returning 404 error...

Didn't actually search for this, but I did glance and saw nothing current.  Anyone else getting a 404 error when using the extension?  Or is this a known issue and it will be fixed?  Love the extension, really helps me keep abreast when unable to log in.  Thanks!
