Khizan to Antioch: "Okay, we're done killing bosses. I hate all of you for making me work, you're the worst, go die in a fire." Antioch to Khizan: "Yay, Alekmanhala!" Khizan to Antioch: "You weren't supposed to take me literally!"
"On the battlefield I am a god. I love war. The steel, the smell, the corpses. I wish there were more. On the first day I drove the Northmen back alone at the ford. Alone! On the second I carried the bridge! Me! Yesterday I climbed the Heroes! I love war! I… I wish it wasn’t over."
First of all, your toxin queue is pretty bad. You want to start with the afflictions that give you the most information about when it is cured. These include numbness (tree, paralysis), hemotoxin (3rd party), butisol (3rd party), sunallergy (3rd party). You open with weariness, clumsiness and nausea, none of which have 3rd party cure messages making it hard for you to assess which afflictions I've cured and making your stack less efficient over time.
The other reasons you want to start with numbness and hemotoxin is because they deny purge and tree which you need to do in order to get ahead in afflictions as Assassin.
You instilled asthma against someone who has fitness. This is bad because instill will not stop me from curing asthma by fitness even if I have other kelp afflictions. The best thing to instill is hemotoxin as it has a 3rd party cure so you know when to instill it again and because it prevents purge completely.
You use whisper in between shadowplants. Whisper is pretty useless, instead you could alternate between shadowplant and suggest until you want to snap.
You switched your shadowplant to nightshade from kelp when you afflicted with nausea. Why? Nausea is a low priority affliction.
Your hypnosis suggestion queue is off. You open with hypochondria when really you always want to open with impatience.
All prismatic breakers are designed with teams in mind pretty much; they're all about as long as it takes to rebarrier (if not longer). Personally I think this kind of sucks, but you have three options against someone prismaticing aggressively one v one (if you're not one of the lucky minority who attack through it): leave, suck it up, or make it a teamfight.
I'm not sure what the issue with tumble is, you should be able to beat that as ranger. Would need to know more though to say definitively.
The need to spam smoke laurel to avoid the enlighten gimick is dumb, yes.
What I used to see was someone pop into another room and use a room-entering attack like wedge. So bob tumbles north. Ok, head north, wedge against bob.
Well in a 1v1, you usually can't just pop out of the room to wedge unless the person you're fighting is making no effort to hold you, or you have flippers. I'm standing on Piety or have been hit with Lockup in 95% of the fights I'm in. I have up Gravehands or Soulchains up in these same fights. Similar to why I didn't try to walk out of the room and quickshot when playing Ranger, if I wasn't 100% sure I could walk out of the room instantly, it wasn't worth trying. Hitting rubble or piety enough to miss stopping the target isn't worth the chance of getting into the room ahead of them, IMO. I think this is especially true for an offense type that doesn't really benefit from damage over time in an impale.
